I have nerver eaten roasted animal of any kind but I remember the Yorkshire puddings when visiting for the weekend, this is when I acquired a taste for them. There is no need to revert...they don't need gravy, they are just wonderfull with roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese as long as there is loads of cheese sauce to mop up with the Yorkie.

If I remember right, I cooked Yorkshire pudding every Sunday, no matter which kind of animal I roasted (you were very young then...). Sunday roast is one of the British tradition I fully embraced and loved too. No longer being an animal roaster or eater, I don't cook Yorkshire pudding anymore...:( - they really go together as the gravy is made from the roast juices.Mmmmm.....just the thought of Yorkshire pudding could almost make me revert....;)
